For Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Tennessee, and Georgia. We have a No Credit Check, No Appraisal, and No Bank Statement program. The Average close time is 7-10 Days.
Do you Lend at 100% of Purchase?
Short Answer, Yes. However this program is not for first time flippers. This is usually reserved for 4 Flips or more and a 700 Fico Score.
Do you do Commercial?
Yes we do, in all 50 States.
Can You do Rural?
In some cases yes. Rural is difficult to comp and in most cases does not qualify. Speak to your Loan Partner for clarification.
